Baby Honor was established in 2008 by neighbours Dave, Michelle and Chris.

In 2007 little Honor was born and Dave and Michelle searched in vain for well designed, quality furniture. Unable to find anything they were happy with, over drinks one night with their neighbour Chris, a crazy plan was hatched to design the furniture themselves and establish their own brand.

They sampled various materials and improved the designs of old favourites (which are continually ongoing) and set about designing their first range.

Once the stock had been designed, it was realised they needed a name for their brand. It didn't take too long (just an excuse for a few more beers) and just 2 months after little Honor was born, Baby Honor was launched.

In 2009 Julian invested into the business and brought with him the vast experience of many sleepless night caused by his little twins. Julian was responsible for setting up our initial warehouse in Northumberland, but we outgrew this in just 3 months and moved to our current warehousing in the beautiful area of Cumbria. The rest of the admin is still carried out from our offices in Manchester and Northumberland.

We felt it a natural progression that babies on both sides of the Atlantic are able to benefit from our exclusive range and just before Christmas 2009 we established Baby Honor LLc, a company registered in the USA. We now have a registered office and warehouse in Michigan, ideally placed as we can serve 70% of the American population in just 2 days and are also well placed for serving Canadian customers too.

Now, not long on, our exclusive well manufactured designs are proving popular not only with families throughout Europe and America, but also with nurseries, clinics and other businesses throughout the United Kingdom.
