Where do you ship to?
We ship to most of Western Europe. You can order online if you require shipping to any of the following countries:
Andorra, Belgium, Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), Corsica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Republic Of), Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City and of course United Kingdom.

What is the charge for shipping?
Shipping is included FREE of charge for United Kingdom mainland. We subsidise shipping to Europe, depending on your country the charge is between FREE and £29.99. We only charge per order, you can order as many items as you wish for one low shipping charge.

How quickly will I get my order?
Providing your order is in stock (and we display live stock on the site), we try to dispatch orders the day they are received, providing they are completed before 1pm. United Kingdom mainland go out on an overnight service, European orders are sent airmail and generally take 2-5 days.

How do you accept payment?
We accept payments using Paypal. You can simply log in to your Paypal account and pay us instantly.
Don't worry if you dont have a Paypal account; you can still check out at Baby Honor. Simply look for the link on the Paypal page to checkout WITHOUT signing up for Paypal and you can simply enter your credit / debit card information and your card will be debited in real time. You card statement will show 'PAYPAL-BABY HONOR'.
